To take the advantage of any travel facility or services through Life Line Tourism .com, you have to give 50% of your payment in advance. It gives you the confirmation of the booking. The amount may also depend on the kind of services you are going to avail. To make the payments online, you can use Visa, Master and American Express Cards. Amendment and Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, various charges are implementable depending upon the nature of services to be canceled.
You can cancel domestic flight tickets online by loging in to Life Line Tourism .com. A negligible charge will be deducted as normal cancellation charges. For the offline cancellation of the tickets, call our customer care center at 011- 42724272 (From All Networks). Cancellation charge will be same for this.
To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our portal for refunds. Within 24 Hrs of flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancelation request. Flight tickets cancelation charges may vary as per the cancelation and refund policy of the particular airlines. Therefore, before booking tickets, understand the terms and conditions of airlines. For any amendment in flight tickets, you can contact our customer care executive. In "Peak-Seasons," that can be different for different regions, cancellation policy of hotel booking and flight booking may vary. Our travel agents follow the specific cancellation policy for such special conditions. In such special cases, refund charges may differ heavily. For unused hotel accommodation and missed meals, you are not liable to claim any refund.
Refund against the cancellation will be credited directly in your account. In case of Credit Card, refund will be made on the same credit card only. Refund process can take duration of 2-8 weeks due to banking procedures. In case of hotel booking:
If cancelation is done before at least 30 days, 90% of the advance will be refunded.
If cancelation is done before 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the amount will be refunded.
If cancelation is done before 7 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
In case of No Show, no refund will be made.
In case of unavailability of services, no deduction except the transaction charges will be made for the refunds.
Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes
We inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra.
If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.

We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your trip due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
